As the practice continues to grow, they are expanding their team and seeking an Audiologist to join their Kennewick, WA location.
Position Overview:
The Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiological services to a primarily adult patient population, with some pediatric cases. This role focuses on diagnostic testing, hearing evaluations, and patient counseling, with opportunities to develop skills in tinnitus management, auditory processing disorder (APD) evaluations, and cochlear implant services.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working in a private practice setting and understands the pace, expectations, and patient journey unique to that environment. They are adaptable, committed to audiology best practices, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven practice model.
Candidates with diverse clinical interests are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience in private practice is essential. The role may be further shaped to align with the selected candidate's strengths and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
Provide tinnitus management and APD evaluations.
Perform cochlear implant evaluations, programming, and follow-up care.
Educate and counsel patients on hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing technology.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver patient-centered care.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a private practice setting
Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's Degree in Audiology (with appropriate licensing)
Washington State Audiology License (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong commitment to audiology best practices and high-quality patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Benefits:
Salary plus Bonus Potential $105,000-$115,000
