Description Hearing/Speech Tech PRN Your Role In the role of Hearing/Speech Technician, you will be working in the newborn nursery performing hearing screenings on infants. Your duties and responsibilities will be providing support to the newborn hearing screening program within the Division of Audiology. Such activities may include, but not be limited to: Completing newborn chart reviews of babies in the newborn nursery to determine readiness for hearing screening Prioritizing daily screening schedule based on projected patient needs Communicating with patient's nurse to determine appropriate time for screening Explaining test procedures to patient's parents Preparing b
