Occupational Therapy Fellow for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
DescriptionExpected Starting Salary: 30.91 - 38.92Cincinnati Children's Hospital is offering four one-year Fellowships, in the areas of Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. These Fellowships will have a special focus on leadership in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Fellows will be required to provide clinical services for approximately 75% of their workload. The remainder of the experience will be focused on education and instruction in the DEI space through the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, along with designing and implementing projects that fall into one of the following broad categories: (1) improving staff knowledge and skills with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the delivery of patient care
