All Ears! Center is seeking a speech-language pathologist/auditory-verbal therapist who is a committed team player, to join our fast-growing, multi-disciplinary clinic. All Ears! Center is a non-profit clinic that provides collaborative services with audiology, and we are dedicated to empowering children with hearing loss by teaching them how to listen and speak. We are offering one-on-one training towards becoming an auditory-verbal therapist provided by Joanna Smith, M.S., CCC-SLP, LSLS Cert. AVT, co-founder and former CEO of Hearts for Hearing in Oklahoma City. Through specialized early intervention, therapy, and parent education, we help children develop strong communication skills, preparing them for mainstream education and a lifetime of opportunities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy focused on listening and spoken language development.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
Work closely with families, and train parents on communication strategies for the home.
Collaborate with audiologists, educators, and other professionals for comprehensive care
Conduct assessments and track progress to adjust therapy as needed
Advocate for children with hearing loss and promote awareness of listening and spoken language approaches.

Our compensation is productivity-based and includes salary based on individual’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications
15 days (120 hours) of paid time off as well as all major holidays

Requirements/Qualifications:
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology and hold the certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
Experience working with children; however, knowledge of children with hearing loss and cochlear implants/hearing aids is preferred.
Strong communication and training skills to support parent education.
Passion for helping children reach their full potential through listening and spoken language.
