Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware (formerly Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children), is hiring a Clinical Staffing Coordinator for Therapy Services in Delaware Valley. The Clinical Staffing Coordinator provides evaluation, treatment, and consultation independently to patients within the designated clinical discipline/program and demonstrates clinical proficiency in direct patient care. This position will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities. Exact percentages will be set by program or location. Staffing duties include: Completes and maintains the staffing schedules for all clinical Per Diem and Float staff across Therapy Services department to ensure coverage to meet patient care needs including weekends and holidays.
