·       In addition to its public-school system, it has several private schools. Higher-level educational institutions include private Berry College and Shorter University, and the public Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Georgia Highlands College.

·       Largest city near the center of the triangular area defined by the Interstate highways between Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, and Chattanooga, TN.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

To evaluate, plan and deliver individualized, age-appropriate patient care in the field of Speech Therapy.

The role you’ll contribute:

·       Strong communication skills; customer service mindset; team player. Adheres to professional standards, codes of ethics, system and department policies and procedures. Incorporates the philosophies of continuous quality improvement, customer service and teamwork into daily routine. May require travel.

     To provide Speech-Language Pathology evaluation, treatment, discharge planning, education and preventative rehabilitative care to patients in need of it. Services are provided across the outpatient continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. The focus of this job is the restoration or improvement of function while reducing dependencies and in 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·       Graduate of an accredited school in SLP with a Master’s degree in SLP

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

 

·       BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

·       Current licensure in the state of Georgia in respective discipline
