This position is located in the Audiology and Speech Pathology (A&SP) Section of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service (PM&RS) at the Salem VA Medical Center in Salem Virginia. The position falls under the direction of the Chief of A&SP Section and the Chief of PM&RS. The Staff Audiologist will conduct audiological assessments, balance assessments, auditory evoked potential assessments, and hearing aid services at the Salem VAMC. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Licensure: The incumbent must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia Education and Experience: Completion of 1 year
