Health Technician Audiology
The incumbent serves as a Health Technician (Hearing Instrument Specialist), or HT-HIS, for the Audiology section of the PMRS Service of the Dayton VAMC and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The HT-HIS position is designed to provide the Audiologists with assistance in meeting the clinical needs of the Veteran population served in the Audiology Clinic. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
