The role you’ll contribute:

Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in rehabilitative services.

 The value you’ll bring to the team:

·         Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.

·         Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.

·         Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.

·          Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·         High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

·         1 year of experience required.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

·         BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

One or more of the following:

·         Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

·          Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

·         Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
