Atlantic Health System has an excellent opportunity for a Per Diem Rehabilitation Aide in the Physical Therapy Department at Morristown Medical Center. The department needs a team member who is available to work all year round, not just the summer and holidays. The Shift is 8a-4p, and two weekend days per month are required.

Essential Functions:

• Assists physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists while they are providing patient care and support duties for the departments.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, lifting and supporting patients, and some administrative activities.

Education:

• HS diploma/GED; some college pref.
• Ideal for a student seeking a rehab career.

Requirements:

• Preference given to candidates with interest in PT, OT, SLP as career choice and experience in settings that provide these services.
• Experience in a service industry.
• Good communication skills.
