Description Dispensing Optician 2113955 JOB SUMMARY: Assists customers in the selection of frames and other optical needs with some guidance. Assists in promoting the services of the department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists customers in the optical shop; assist with selection of products and all other optical needs; fit, repair, and dispense eyewear. Ensures proper and accurate EPIC system utilization (check-in, check-out, and batching). Ensures proper Star Panel documentation and process. Interacts with the patient in a professional manner using AIDET techniques; serve as a role model/leader in patient interactions.
