In collaboration with patients and families, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice.This SLP position is covering several Outpatient locations with the possibility of also covering in inpatient pediatrics. This position is primarily pediatrics with some adult needs. This position is part of the flexible workforce within Fairview Health Services and it is a great opportunity to work in a variety of settings throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
Benefit and PTO eligible! A pay incentive is also offered for flexibility in this role.We are looking for a SLP that is able to travel all throughout the metro, central, North and South regions. This positions schedule will be Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend.

Looking for strong interest in pediatrics with preference in experience with feeding skills
The Speech Language Pathologist partners with the patient and family while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation
Develops an individualized plan of care through collaboration with the patient and family
Partners with patients and families to provide skilled intervention
Travels to and provides care in multiple settings as assigned
Demonstrates personal flexibility to meet staffing and patient needs
Manages unanticipated changes throughout the day
Demonstrates ability to provide care with a variety of clinical populations
Completes assigned duties prior to transition to subsequent setting and/or establishes handoff for continuity of care
Adaptable in responding to demands of multiple processes and supervisors
Requires access to reliable transportation to be present at various locations to conduct and meet reasonable business needs
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Certification by ASHA and Speech Therapy Practitioner license in the state of Minnesota, or eligible for Temporary Minnesota License per Clinical Fellowship acceptance.
Basic Life Support certification
CCC with ASHA
1+ years of post-graduate Pediatric Speech Language Pathology experience
