Atlanta Institute for ENT and the Atlanta Institute for Ear and Skull Based Surgery is a group of well-established medical providers seeking to hire a self-motivated, people-friendly audiologist to provide excellent care to patients of all ages. We have six ENT surgeons including a Pediatric ENT and a Neurotologist. We have three experienced audiologists. Our locations include an office near Northside Hospital and in Alpharetta. We are a growing practice looking to build a comprehensive hearing program.
AIENT is looking for a clinical audiologist to join our practice. This is a full-time position to include diagnostic hearing evaluations from birth to adult, hearing aid dispensing, fitting and follow up, and cochlear implant evaluation and programming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Adheres to HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies and procedures.
-Establish rapport, gather history, and report results for all audiologic visits.
-Conduct audiometric testing from birth through adult.
-Self-motivated to utilize state-of-the-art hearing aid technologies to effectively make recommendations for hearing aids.
-Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order hearing aids and other assistive technologies.
-Fit and program hearing aids and provide assistance with any adjustments or repairs.
-Maintain and track patient files and record details for each interaction.
-Maintain COVID-19 prevention protocols.

-Experience in a fast-paced office environment with dynamically changing priorities.
-Past sales experience, and familiarity in selling products and services.
-Familiarity and comfort with Android and iPhone devices for hearing aid assistive apps to help the elderly, parents and caregivers with patient’s app setup and functionality.
-Exhibits computer systems knowledge and proficiency as necessary to perform job functions.
-Willingness to participate in other duties when appropriate.
AuD degree or MA/MS in Audiology
Georgia State License in Audiology
Experience testing pediatric patients.
Experience with cochlear implants desired, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor population, so the office works efficiently to best serve the patient.
Audiology diagnostic and hearing aid software and equipment experience.
Organized, detail oriented, ability to complete required tasks independently, goal driven. Proven track record of success.
