Duties for this position include:
The Rehab Director is responsible for coordination of care and service delivery for Physical Medicine and the Rehabilitation Service Line. This includes a 50 bed Nursing Service Unit, and Inpatient/Outpatient Adult and Pediatric Therapy, and Audiology Services.
Required: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Nursing, or applicable Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech and Language Pathology.
Required: 3-5 years of experience in hospital leadership role required for Rehab Director, preferably in Rehabilitation Services.
Preferred: Experience with CARF accreditation.
Certification and Licensure
Required: RN, PT, Speech. or OT Licensed in State of Florida. American Heart Assoication BLS.
