We are seeking a staff Audiologist for Full-Time (FT) employment. Adirondack Audiology is a leading full-service Audiology practice serving Potsdam, New York/St. Lawrence Valley. Positioned in the Adirondack foothills will give you easy access to explore Montreal or the Adirondack Mountains within two hours! You will participate in hearing aid dispensing duties. Perform complete hearing tests, selects appropriate technology or therapy, order product, program and fit digital hearing aids. You will fulfill outcome measures for fitting verification in sycle.net., maintain customer files and train employees as needed. These are some of the tests performed: - Air Conduction
- Bone Conduction
- DPOAE-Distortion Otoacoustic emissions
- Speech testing
- Tympanometry or acoustic immittance
- Tinnitus Assessment
The successful Audiologist will have: - Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members
