United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited) is one of New York City's largest and most wide spread Community Living Organizations with programs dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities.
CP Unlimited was formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS. Our new name better reflects our wide array of services and programs and the diversity of people with disabilities that our agency supports.
Our dedicated staff provides a wide range of direct services that address the individual needs of people with disabilities, including those with the most severe disabilities. All Metro Services programs are provided within a warm, caring environment, utilizing person-centered planning to identify and address the specific needs of each person. We believe this approach gives the people we serve the best chance to achieve the greatest success.
Currently CP Unlimited is seeking two (2) Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team of professionals in our Long Island City, Queens Day Program for 4 hours a week and also in our Staten Island Residential Program for 15 hours a week (flexible hours) to plan and implement prescribed feeding/communication therapy treatment programs to people who receive services. Maintain and/or restore function secondary to acute or chronic disability; conducts annual screens and assessments.

To Qualify for this position, the Speech-LanguagePathologist must be Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology school; Master’s Degree, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, and New York State license, experience working with the MR/DD Population and have Dysphagia and AAC experience.
