Description The Center for Clinical Quality and Implementation Research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks an experienced research staff person to assist with evaluating the implementation of programs to improve quality, safety, and health care delivery at Vanderbilt and affiliated sites. The position requires intermediate level research skills to perform a variety of research and operations-related activities including project management, data management, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, and report preparation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Position Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2 years of experience required. Preferred: Candidates with Master's level training in Public Health, Behavioral Sciences, Epidemiology, or a related field are strongly preferred. Experience in statistical analysis and report writing is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and experience in quality assessment or improvement. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research evaluation skills preferred.
